This client that we worked with mainly focuses on off market development sites and working with developers. However, they take listings and do sales on the side of their business. Our client simply wanted a kick starter campaign to grow their database, and start generating a couple appraisals on the side.

By the end of the clients campaign we had generated 13 phone appointments for them, and 9 in person appointments.

After speaking to our client he had said that 3 of the homeowners were planning on selling and had given them a verbal agreement that they would list with them.
